The Intellus Worldwide Institute is quickly approaching and we are anticipating another exciting conference. See below for pertinent information about our conference and the hotel.
Who is attending?
A list of companies attending will be e-mailed to you a week prior to the conference. You will receive the complete attendee list once you arrive at the conference.
How can I get the most of out of the conference?
Join discussions on LinkedIn and Twitter and let your network know YOU are an attendee or speaker.
What should I wear?
Business casual attire is appropriate for all meetings and most functions. Attire for the after-party/hospitality events is casual. For the awards dinner, attendees typically dress in cocktail attire, but you are welcome to dress in business and business casual attire.

Do you have activities designed for new members or first time attendees?
If you are a new member or first time attendee, you are invited to join Intellus volunteers at the new member tables at Monday's lunch.
Can I attend the Tuesday offsite event?
When you register to attend the conference, you indicate if you will attend the Tuesday event; cost is included in the conference fee. Seating is limited to those who indicate they will attend. If you would like to change your response to yes, you will be able to do so once you check in, if seats remain open.

Check in is 4:00 p.m. Check out is 12:00 p.m.
Complimentary parking is available.
How can I arrange transportation to and from the airport, train station, or get driving directions?
Taxis are not stationed at the hotel. You will need to arrange transportation via taxi, uber or super shuttle.
Travel document notice: Beginning Jan. 22, 2018, travelers from nine states will no longer be able to travel with only their driver’s licenses. Residents of Kentucky, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Washington will have to use alternate ID forms (passport, military ID, or permanent resident card) to pass TSA security checkpoints—even for domestic travel.
Will there be internet connections available?
Conference free wifi will be available for attendees sponsored by SurveyHealthcare. Password is SHCROCKS2018. We also have chargers available for most smart phones.
Where do I pick up my name badge and materials?
Conference registration will be held Monday from 8am-11am. Your name badge is required for admittance to all food functions and meeting sessions.
You will check in directly at the front desk for your hotel room.
Will presentations be available for download?
Yes, visit Virtual Learning Center to download the final presentation slides. They will be posted within 2 weeks of the conference concluding.
Do you collect feedback about the conference?
Absolutely! We provide on-line session surveys and for the conference overall. Check your inbox for the link the first day of the conference.
