As we navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in 2024 and beyond, data security, ethical data capture & privacy are new dimensions facing life sciences manufacturers and the insights partners that support them.

With the advent of AI, our dynamic industry is experiencing the need to capture, integrate and synthesize data to provide elevated solutions for effective decision making. This exposes us to risks in using new technologies -- AI-generated responses, powered by sophisticated algorithms and deep learning capabilities (e.g. Predictive & Generative AI, ChatGPT, Bard, etc.) have become increasingly prevalent.

While these advancements bring efficiency and productivity gains, if not strategically governed, they also pose risks, including over-automation, unverified findings, cybersecurity vulnerabilities and talent shortages.

In this context, we formed a task force to address Data Integrity Amidst the Rise of AI.  This team explores the good, the bad, and the ugly of AI and brainstorm ideas and how we, as an industry, can develop standardized solutions, validations, technologies and best practices to combat fraudulent responses.
